Who doesn’t like the classic Pinoy Bistek? Derived from the western beef steak, bistek has a distinct Filipino twist as the dish incorporates many other flavors to the mix, particularly the tangy kick from the calamansi.


Cooking and ‘styling’ is courtesy of my wife, and shot with an external flash and tripod using my trusty 18-55 kit lens and Canon EOS 7D.
